1630

to read is to hear, not to hear is to read.
to write is not to read, to read is to write.

and when we look better we can clearly see:
to write is more not to read than to read;
to read is more to hear than not to hear.

---

ler é ouvir, não ouvir é ler.
escrever é não ler, ler é escrever.

e quando vemos melhor podemos ver claramente:
escrever é mais não ler que ler;
ler é mais ouvir que não ouvir.

maintenance
my brain is under maintenance
the universe is looking inside it
the universe inside the universe
the infinite inside the universe
the infinite inside the infinite
under maintenance
infinitely

1628

the church wasn't full
neither empty
a lady in red came in
sitted in front of me
on her side a man, on the other a girl
a girl like her, but not in red
and the priest was doing the usual
everything on the right place
and the right rythm
the church wasn't full
neither empty
and the sermon was about the bible
as usual
about the right religion
and about one day when we all pray under the same ceiling
how we must accept other cultures
and religions
and be together
even if we are not
when a butterfly came in
and because the church wasn't full
neither empty
there was space enough for flying
and stay a few seconds on the red dress
of the lady in front of me
a few seconds later another flight
with my thoughts
and now it's just about me
Jesus
the lady in red
the priest
you
and someone else
basically, the world
the galaxy
and what's beyond
are you praying with me?
we are already together
or not, but we are trying
that's all
the end
nope
it's never the end

a lua de ontem
desfez-se
partiu
tu sabes que a lua parte todas as noites
no grito dos silêncios ocultos
e das palavras mal amadas
a lua de ontem
era cheia
só para mim
tu pensas que a viste
mas ela ontem foi só minha
e eu recusei-me a partilhá-la
a lua de ontem
foi brilhante
como nós
o universo cobriu-se de palavras
e pensei por momentos que as disse
mas nem as disse nem as pensei
apenas as escrevi,
letras escritas, sonoras
que não querem sair
nem querem ser tuas
querem ser simplesmente minhas

the hottest moon
on a clouded sky
invisible
and there
waits for the longest kiss
---
a mais quente lua
num céu nublado
invisível
e ali
espera pelo mais longo beijo

a small story can be told
but the humans
put their stories
inside boxes
each one full
and empty
boxes inside boxes
stories stored
---
uma pequena história pode ser contada
mas os humanos
põem as suas histórias
dentro de caixas
cada uma cheia
e vazia
caixas dentro de caixas
histórias arrumadas

why not
start
what have started once
restart
recycle ideas
and go a step further
always replying to a voice
calling
sometimes yours
sometimes yours
it's mine
---
porque não
começar
o que começou uma vez
recomeçar
reciclar ideias
e dar mais um passo
sempre respondendo a uma voz
que chama
às vezes tua
às vezes tua
é minha

the best pages
remained in white
were the ones that already were before being scratched
crushed
and thrown away
the best pages
dress of white
before the poetry
that condemns them to other stories
on the stories that register
without being capable to read what they contain
the best pages
dress the world
and follow there
without knowing what they say
written on the skin by others
the best pages are slow
and fast
the best pages contradict
and ignore
the best pages are best
because they are called the best
even if they aren't
---
as melhores páginas
ficaram em branco
foram aquelas que eram antes de serem riscadas
amassadas
e atiradas para longe
as melhores páginas
vestem de branco
antes da poesia
que as condena a outras histórias
nas histórias que registam
sem poderem ler o que contêm
as melhores páginas
vestem o mundo
e seguem por aí
sem saberem o que dizem
escrito na pele por outros
as melhores páginas são lentas
e rápidas
as melhores páginas contradizem
e ignoram
as melhores páginas são as melhores
porque são chamadas as melhores
mesmo que não sejam
